ORDER

When placing an order, ensure that all details are accurate, including your contact and shipping information. Any errors may result in delays or the inability to fulfill your order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. If any product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for substitution, backorder, or cancellation with a refund.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as shipping starts immediately. No exchanges for incorrect orders due to customer error.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund, please email SHIWASU Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.If the product arrives damaged or defective, a refund or exchange is possible. After confirming the damage, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds apply to the product only and do not cover shipping fees or taxes. Shipping costs for replacement items will be covered by us; however, exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability. Please understand that unavoidable wear or damage during the manufacturing or shipping process is not considered a defect.

2.While we take utmost care to check orders before shipping, if you receive an item that you did not order due to our error, please return it to us. We will cover the return shipping cost as well as the cost of resending the correct item. Returns due to customer ordering errors are not eligible.

3.If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (such as size, color, or style), it must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you if it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds cover the product price only and do not include shipping fees or taxes. Please note, items that are returned in a used or damaged condition, or not in their original state, will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Date

Orders are dispatched from Tokyo within 7 business days. Delays may occur on weekends, holidays, or during busy periods.

Shipping

Products will be shipped using the shipping method selected by you at the time of order (either Japan Post's EMS, International Parcel Airmail, or sea mail). Depending on the destination and the size of the products, a different shipping method may be used. Multiple items will be combined and shipped together whenever possible.

Delays

EMS delivery typically takes 2 to 9 days; however, it may take up to 4 weeks due to weather conditions, customs issues, or postal circumstances in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors. If there is a significant delay beyond the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email.

Tracking

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. If the delivery fails due to refusal of receipt, incorrect address, or prolonged absence, the item may be returned or disposed of. Any shipping costs or fees incurred for returns will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Packages

If you notice any irregularities in the packaging at the time of delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery personnel. If damage is found, refuse to accept the package and request the delivery person to initiate the return process and complete a damage report. If damage is discovered after acceptance, explain the situation to your nearest post office and request a damage report. Additionally, please email SHIWASU Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product, including photos that show the damage.

Duty & Tax

Products shipped from Japan may incur taxes and customs fees in the recipient country, which are the customer's responsibility. Our sale terms are DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning the price excludes VAT, import duty, and other potential charges . For details on your country's customs policies and applicable fees, contact your local customs office.

If you refuse to pay these fees or provide them, the package will be returned to us or discarded.

If the package is returned or discarded due to your refusal to pay customs duties, it will be treated as a return due to your own refusal, and you will be required to pay the shipping costs incurred to return the package to us or the fees incurred to discard the package.

In this case, the total amount of the fees incurred to return or discard the package will be deducted from the total amount you paid for your purchase.

License

All content on SHIWASU is owned by SHIWASU, and all rights are reserved. You may view or print pages for personal use, but the following are not allowed:

1. Republishing content from SHIWASU

2. Selling, renting, or sub-licensing SHIWASU content

3. Copying or duplicating content from SHIWASU

4. Redistributing SHIWASU content (unless explicitly permitted for redistribution)

Users can post and share opinions and information ('Comments') on the website.

SHIWASU does not review or edit these Comments before they appear. Comments reflect the view of the poster, not SHIWASU. SHIWASU is not responsible for any issues arising from Comments.
