Shipping Date:

All orders are dispatched from Tokyo, Japan. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be shipped within 7 business days. Please note that shipping may take longer on weekends, Japanese holidays, and during busy seasons.

Transport and Shipping:

Your ordered products will be shipped from Japan to your specified address via Japan Post EMS (International Express Mail), International Parcel (air or ship) .
Depending on your residence country, region, and the weight/size of the ordered item, alternative shipping methods may be used. In such cases, we will inform you via email.

For orders with multiple items, we strive to ship them together whenever possible to reduce shipping costs.

In Case of Shipping Delay:

If you select EMS shipping, your order is expected to arrive approximately 2–9 days after departing Japan. However, due to weather conditions, seasonal factors, postal circumstances, or other issues, it may take up to approximately 4 weeks. If the delivery is significantly delayed beyond the average arrival time, we will contact you via email.

Track Your Parcel:

Upon shipment, we will email you the tracking number. Please use Japan Post's tracking website to check the delivery status yourself.

***Please make sure to enter your accurate address at the time of ordering. If delivery fails due to refusal to accept, incorrect address, or extended absence, the package may be returned to us or disposed of. Any return shipping fees or handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if return shipping fees exceed the product price or if resale is not feasible, a refund cannot be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED PACKAGE OR BROKEN PRODUCTS:

While we take great care in our packaging, if you notice any damage to the package or product during delivery, or if you discover damage after receiving and opening the package, please review our refund policy, specifically section 1, "If you receive a damaged or defective item."

Duty & Tax:

As our products are shipped from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the recipient country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our terms of sale are DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). The displayed price excludes items such as VAT, import duty, tax, and other unforeseeable charges imposed by middlemen and agents. Any unexpected charges incurred during the process should be borne by the customers. For detailed information on your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Taxes will apply to imported products, along with shipping or service fees related to the purchase. These taxes will be charged at the applicable rate in accordance with local laws, which may vary depending on the product type and the destination country.
